Here is a composite photo of the blue tit pair from box 7. The left and centre pictures are believed to be the female and the right picture is the male. It is the male that roosts in the box and we have seen the female performing nest wiggles. The female looks like she is descended from the scruffy line of birds that have occupied this box in previous years.
